As a Business Manager I am responsible for leading and guiding the team, including hiring and training employees, assigning tasks, and fostering a positive work environment.  I monitor and manage the inventory ensuring that we have an adequate supply to meet customer demand and avoid stock-outs. As a manager, I handle financial aspects of the business, such as budgeting, financial reporting, and monitoring expenses and revenue to ensure profitability. I explore opportunities for business growth, ensuring that our workplace and products adhere to health and safety standards, and if any issues or challenges arise, I take charge of managing crises and finding appropriate solutions to minimize their impact on the business.
